The Gathering will take place at Northridge Vineyard Church —a contemporary, welcoming venue with on-site parking and easy access by road and public transport. Northridge provides a comfortable setting for people to connect, worship, and grow together. Surrounded by local cafes and accommodation options. Located in the Hornsby Shire, it offers a relaxed and accessible environment for everyone attending.

Being close to Northridge Vineyard Church means there a plenty of comfortable accommodations nearby. If you’d like to stay within a few minutes of the venue, the Ibis Thornleigh hotel is a convenient choice. If your happy to stay a little bit further out, areas such as Hornsby, Dural and Macquarie offer additional accommodation choices such as the Dural Holiday and Caravan park.
For those looking for a quieter stay, there are plenty of beautiful homes on AirBnb nearby.

Where to eat
Dinner’s on us Friday night—don’t forget to register now so we can save you a seat!
Dinner is included on Friday night as part of your registration—we’re looking forward to sharing that time together! For the rest of the weekend, meals will be self-catered.
The onsite coffee Cart, is open from 7am–2pm daily, serving drinks. You’ll also find a free tea, coffee, and water station available each morning for a simple refreshment break.
If you’re heading out for lunch, there are plenty of nearby options. Thornleigh Marketplace is just a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk, with spots like Sushi, a bakery & Woolworths. There are a wide range of cafes, takeaways, and casual dining surrounding the venue as well.

We’re looking for volunteers to assist in a variety of roles including:
- Registration and welcoming guests
- Hospitality and meal service on the Friday night
- Kids and youth programs
- Managing parking
- Staffing the Registration/Information desk
- Assisting specifically with Pastors & Leaders Day
Whatever your skills or availability, there’s a way for you to contribute and be part of the team!
