Refunds policy

We understand that plans can change, so here’s how our refund policy works. If you need to cancel more than a month before the event, you’ll receive a full refund (minus a small 2.8% admin fee). Cancellations made between one month and one week before the event will receive a 50% refund.

If it’s less than a week before the event, we’re unable to offer a refund—unless it’s due to illness or an emergency, in which case we’ll be happy to sort something out with you. Just get in touch.
