About the day

Pastors & Leaders Day is happening on Wednesday, 30th September, the day before the main conference begins. It’s a dedicated space for those in leadership to come together for encouragement, practical input, and connection with others in similar roles. Whether you’re leading a church, a ministry team, or just stepping into leadership, this day is designed to equip and refresh you for the journey ahead.

Kirk & Nichole have been at the heart of local church pastoral ministry for 36 years. Their commitment to multi-generational servant leadership is key to seeing local church community continue to flourish in the mission of Jesus.

Jordan & Sonya Seng

Blue Water Mission Church, Hawaii

Jordan and Sonya Seng are the founders and Senior Pastors of Bluewater Mission, which they established in 2008. Married for more than 30 years, they share a deep passion for equipping and encouraging believers through leadership, teaching, worship, and community outreach.

Jordan is an author and international speaker who has ministered around the world in church planting, healing, and prophetic ministry. Sonya leads worship and oversees ministry operations, drawing on her experience as a singer-songwriter and actress.

Together, they carry a growing sense of God’s heart for Australia and the Vineyard movement. They are passionate about equipping every believer for the ministry of Jesus and inspiring the emerging generation to pursue Jesus, His Kingdom, and the work of the Holy Spirit.

Dr Brad Crook

Empatia

Brad specialises in the nurture of emotional and spiritual wellbeing, relationship counselling, and counselling for individuals. He also has expertise in supporting individuals stuck in cycles of problematic coping behaviours. 

Brad has Bachelor and PhD degrees in Applied Science. With over 30 years in government, university, and private organisations, he is highly experienced in strategic planning, change management, and the potential impacts on staff wellbeing.

He holds a Graduate Certificate in Divinity, Advanced Diploma in Christian Counselling and Family Therapy, Graduate Diploma of Counselling and Integrated Psychotherapy (Spiritual), Level 2 training in Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and specialised training in Spiritual Direction and Soul Care focused on emotionally healthy leadership.

Brad is a member of the Australian Counselling Association, He has a deep interest in contemplative Christian practices, and enjoys collecting stones, shells, and seeds while spending time in nature.
